Yoga Body Fitness – Doing It The Right Way

People are keen to perform yoga body fitness, although they are aware that it is tough to accomplish faster results. Knowing the right guideline is essential for smooth programming. Generally, it is noted that people make some mistakes in the aim of performing the fitness program and have confessed about the slow results. Therefore, it is a must to recognize the mistakes that are the main don`ts while performing yoga body fitness.

The fitness program regularly relies on strong determination and should follow a regular and right training program right from the start. Some mistakes may appear to be negligible, but is a matter of serious concern as they cause hindrance in the fitness program as well as in accomplishing the desired fitness level.

The most significant mistake that needs to be avoided is eating once or only twice a day. Restricting to a meal or two daily is not recommended as it results in building ripped abs, and any fitness program is appropriate only when your body is adequate with nutrition. After performing the fitness program, it is essential to replenish the muscles, and obviously eating less meals results in triggering muscle loss and also in decreasing the metabolic rate. Eating the right food timely is highly recommended as a successful diet comprising of protein-rich food that is low-carb, especially after yoga body fitness workouts is appropriate. Are you Slowly Poisoning yourself with Food?

Its a serious question?  It came to mind when my doctor looked me in the eye at my annual checkup and said, “Well, you’re a poster child for a heart attack this time”.  Not that he was expecting it that soon, but that I had all the “factors”.  Then he asked if I had checked out the diet he suggested last year.  “No, I was going to, but didn’t get around to it.”  I hated to hear myself say this.  Why didn’t I act on it last year?  Well, he suggested medications to help take some shine off my “poster” and that I reconsider that diet.

This time, when I came out of his office, I went directly to the bookstore across the street and picked up the book he suggested.  He simply said, things could change significantly for the better if only I watched what I eat.  I devoured the book (it didn’t taste good) and began to understand some really fascinating stuff about how our bodies process different foods and how many of its systems are related. Who else wants to reduce Bone Loss?

Bone Loss affects many folks past 50.   Nothing is more devastating than a hip fracture suffered from a small stumble!  What can we do to prevent this?  Work on balance exercises(try this) and work to reduce Bone Loss.  Bone Loss occurs when more bone is absorbed rather than produced by the body. Two major factors that influence this are:

  • Controllable factors, like diet and activity

  • Uncontrollable factors, like age, and heredity

What causes bone loss?

The majority of new bone that is added in the human body generally occurs during childhood and teenage years. When bones tend to be larger, heavier and stronger as they grow. According to health experts and researchers, bone formation stops when it reaches its greatest firmness and vigor. Generally, the peak density is attained by both men and women at the age of 30. After 30, the re-absorption of the bone slowly surpasses new bone formation. In women, bone loss happens quickly in the first few years of menopause, but it continues in older age. (more…)
