I purchased my first Wii game console this year and fell in love with it. It connected me with two former passions; fitness and electronic games. It is clear that just because you “can’t run a marathon” doesn’t mean you can’t stay fit with safe entertaining activities at any age. If your problem is mobility or walking, many fitness activities can be achieved from an armchair safely!

Fitness is a challenge at any age.  We always fight the, “I’ll do it later” bug.  There are many activities that are fitness for the mind, as well as body like reading and puzzles.  Follow along with me as we explore the many ways to improve fitness.
